Depending on where you are staying, all events are within a <1 mile walk of the city center. Heads up, Uber is not available in the city but taxis are aplenty!
Welcome Dinner – Transportation will be provided to Criollo Restaurant from Quinta Real. Vans will depart at 6:30 p.m.
Wedding Ceremony – Our ceremony is located next to the Santo Domingo Church (directly across from Otro Hotel) in the historic city center on a pedestrian only street. It’s very walkable for those who are staying close by (<.5 mile). However, car service will be provided for those who need assistance from Quinta Real.

If you are traveling from the U.S., there are non-stop flights to Oaxaca City from Los Angeles, Houston, and Dallas.
There are also multiple flights connecting in Mexico City, Tijuana, Guadalajara and Cancun.
We strongly recommend booking your flights ahead of time as inventory on the non-stop flights is limited if you are arriving Friday & leaving on Monday!
-
We highly recommend exchanging or using an ATM for Mexican pesos. Many taxi cabs and street vendors still only accept cash.
-
It’s not necessary – the Oaxaca City airport is a short 15 minute cab ride from the city. If you are staying in the city center, you will not need a car and cabs are readily available.
You may need a car if you plan to visit nearby towns during the weekend.

Your presence is truly the greatest gift and we are especially grateful for those making the long journey to Oaxaca.
For those who have kindly asked, we’ve put together a small registry on Over The Moon. Or if you’d prefer, we would be honored if you chose to make a donation to a cause close to our hearts, the Gaucher Community Alliance.

Our ceremony and reception will be outdoors.
